This past weekend we photographed Emily & Nick’s wedding at Mount Carmel Church in Santa Barbara. As many of you know here is Southern California we don’t really get much when it comes to the seasons…but we actually saw some red leaves on the trees when we were getting photos of Emily and her girls!! Following the ceremony Emily and Nick took a break with their bridal party to go have some appetizers & drinks at the The Brewhouse (the location of their first date) before heading off to the reception!

Off to The Brewhouse!

Megan and Brandon’s wedding a few weeks ago at Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo was a great day. I was so in love with Megan’s Pronovias Wedding gown (my favorite wedding gown designer!). She looked absolutely radiant all day and Brandon is definitely a lucky guy!

Mr. & Mrs.!!!
A few of my favorites…

Megan & Brandon practiced their first dance right before the reception…

And the first dance with guest watching ![]()

Thanks to Nikki Keller and Scott Topper Productions for contributing to such an amazing night!
So I am running a little behind on my blog post….so in the next few days be expecting quite a few entries, but while I am at I really wanted to share Keely and Steve’s wedding photos…
Keely and Steve’s wedding was a couple of weeks ago at The Greek Orthodox Church and The Canary Hotel in Santa Barbara was perfect! They put so much thought into all the little details and everything came together just perfectly. It was definitely small and sweet…but perfect in every way!
Keely and her sister getting ready for the big day!

The look on Steve’s face as Keely walked down the aisle said it all!

And of course here are few of my personal favorites…

Keely look absolutely amazing!!

The first dance was sooo romantic…

And once again Jim pulled out his polaroid!

So last week we photographed the highly anticipated wedding of Jessica and Freddie! When Jessica contacted me last year to photograph their wedding I couldn’t wait, especially after she told me that they would be having a “Vampired” themed wedding. I was amazed at how much thought they put into the wedding, even the guest dressed up. So here are some of my favorites from their big day!
I was in love with their cake…I wish I would have thought of this for Jim & I’s wedding!
Everything down to the garter was red and black…
Freddie awaiting his bride

The Newlyweds!
I can’t believe that they were able to get all their family and friends to take part in the wedding…I actually felt a little out of place in my black attire!
My favorites!!

And of course Jim had to pull out the polaroid!

Jennifer and Greg’s wedding last weekend was absolutely perfect! So Jennifer & Greg met at a Pub Crawl, but you would have never guessed! The connection between the two of them was so apparent. Jennifer wrote Greg this beautiful letter that was read to him during the ceremony…

When Jennifer first walked down the aisle it was amazing to see all the emotion on their faces..you could really tell there was no other place they would rather be!

They couldn’t even take their eyes off each other when we were taking bridal party shots!

My favorites!

Some reception fun!

Megan and Mike’s wedding this last Sunday was a perfect day! They were such a cute couple and Megan had the most contagious smile. It seemed like every time I turned the camera in her direction she had this radiance that just makes you want to smile!
Of course we all know how much I love shoes and flowers…so here we go again!
The flowers had amazing colors!!!
The ceremony was perfect…just look at how cute they are together!

The had the best bridal party ever!!! They were all so willing to be goof balls (which I love!)

And of course we cannot forget M & M!!

The first dance…

James & Destini’s wedding yesterday at her family’s winery, Grey Wolf Cellar’s in Paso Robles was the perfect day! They put so much thought into every little detail of wedding & everything came together absolutely beautifully. Each of the bouquets from D and D Floral Designs were different in that they include each of the favorite flowers of the bridesmaids…of course Destini’s bouquet was my favorite.

Destini's beautiful bouquet
One of the coolest things she did was have her bridesmaid sign the bottom of her shoes..a family tradition!

The ceremony was just perfect, James was just beaming as Destini walked down the aisle.

A fun shot of the bridal party…

The tree in background was very important to Destini as this is where her mother’s ashes were spread. Of all the shots we done of couples of the years this location felt so special and her mother must be so happy for them both!

These are some of my favorite shots taken by our Associate Photographer, Alex.

So Jim couldn’t resist and brought out the polaroid…I think we will have to do this more often!

And of course we can’t forget the sparkler send off!

Welcome to our new and improved blog! By the end of today I will be setting up some slideshows from some of favorite images from past events…or you can always view our old blog entries at www.kellysegrephotography.typepad.com!
